OLDER HOUSES

Older homes usually go through several changes and or updates during their life. This makes inspecting an older home different than inspecting a home that has been constructed in the last 50 years. Construction techniques and materials have changed and whether the home has been updated or updated properly is something that you will want to know prior to purchase.
